Head ball over a net

2 teams head the ball to eachother over a net, trying to keep the ball within the restricted area

Practice set-up:
Set up 2 poles, and put a net / rope over it, to create a divided area. Put 2 teams of 4 players on each side of the net.

One team starts by throwing the ball over the net. The players on each team head the ball over the net.
The ball is allowed to bounce 2-3 times before heading it over, and can use their feet to flick the ball up, so that the teammates can head it over.
If the ball goes out of court, or does not make it over the net, the team get a penalty point.

Equipment: 4 cones, 2 poles, 1 net/rope, 1 ball

Progression: 3 players must head the ball to eachother before allowed to head over the net.
