Controlled heading while moving
 
Players head the ball to eachother while moving, and count the number of headings they manage to obtain
 
Purpose: Controlled heading while moving

Practice set-up:
Set up 2 files of players facing eachother. The first player in one of the files have a ball. He tosses it to the player in the opposite file, and runs to the back of that file. The player who received the ball, heads it back to the opposite player. The players continue to head the ball in sequence and count the number of headings they manage to perform.

Equipment: 1 ball

Progression: Increase distance between files.

Step 2: Player 1 throws the ball to Player 2, and runs to the back of the opposite file
 

Controlled heading while moving
Step 3: Player 2 heads the ball back to Player3, and runs to the back of the opposite file
