Practice set-up: Set up 2 files of players at the penalty area. One player stands between the 2 files.
The serving player, serves the ball to the attackers in various ways. The defender try to prevent the attacker to shoot at the goal.
After some time, the roles are changed, and the 2 files switch places.

Progression:
Defenders can be placed closer to the attackers, to make it more difficult for the attackers to shoot.
Step 1: Drill setup
Step 2: Middle player serves the ball to the attacker. 1 attacker , and 1 defender run to get to the ball, the attacker tries to shoot at the goal, while the defender tries to block / stop the shot.
