Turning, shoot at goal
 
1 group of attackers, and 1 group of defenders fight for the ball infront of the goal
 
Practice set-up:
Place 3 attackers, and 3 defender on the penalty area. 1 person (player / coach) is placed outside the penalty area. The players stand with their back agains eachother.
The defenders are placed closed to the goal, the attackers closest to the person tossing the ball.

The tosser, tosses the ball over the defenders. When the ball is tossed, the attacking players turn around, and runs after the ball to obtain posession of the ball, and shoot at the goal.
The defenders are not allowed to turn around and look at the ball, until it is served. The defenders try to intercept the ball, or to shoot at the goal.
A new ball is served as soon as the players are back in formation.

Equipment: Balls

Progression: Coach can create a competetion, to see who scores the most goals.

Step 2: The player / coach outside the penalty area tosses the ball over the heads of the attackers.

Step 3: The attackers turn around, chasing after the ball. The defenders try to intercept the ball
 

Turning, shoot at goal
Step 4: If the attackers get the ball first, they try to score. The defenders try to prevent the shot. If the defenders get the ball first, they shoot at the goal.
