Practice set-up:
Two files of players, each having 1 ball, are placed at the edge of the penalty area.
2 players are placed on each side of the goal.
The first player from one of the files pass the ball to the player at the goal, who passes it back. The player then shoots at the goal.
The drill continous exactly the same, but this time from other file.
Equipment: A supply of balls
Progression: Using left/right foot only. The 2 files change places after some time.
Step 1: Drill setup
Step 2: Left file starts the drill. First player passes the ball to the player at the goal, who passes it back. The player then shoots at the goal.
Step 3: Drill continues, but this time from the right file.
