Practice set-up:
3 files of players is placed outside the penalty area. One player is placed in front.
The 2 files of players on the left and right act as attackers, the middle file players acts as defenders.
The player infront of the files plays the ball to either left or right side.
First players in all 3 files moves forward, the middle player trying to stop the attack, and the side-players trying to shoot at goal.
The outer player with the ball can choose to shoot directly on the goal, or pass the ball over to his partner on the other side.

Progression: Serve the balls unpredictably
Step 1: Drill setup
Step 2: Ball is passed to one of the sides. All players move forward. The defending player (Red) tries to stop the attack.
Step 3: The side-player with the ball, can choose to shoot directly on the goal, or pass the ball over to his partner, in order for him to shoot at the goal.
