Practice set-up:
Set up a file of players a few yds. outside the penalty area.
One player is placed to the right of the file. One player is placed inside the penalty area.
The player to the right of the file, tosses the ball to the player inside the penalty area, who heads it infront of the goal.
First player in the file breaks away, moving towards the ball and shoots at the goal. He might hit the ball on the volley, or control it before shooting at the goal.
Change the heading and tossing player after some time.

Progression: Restrictions such as 1-2 touch only, or left/right foot only.
Step 1: Drill setup
Step 2: Player 1 tosses the ball to Player2, who heads it in front of the goal. First player in the file shoots directly on volley, or takes the ball down and shoots
