Practice set-up:
Set up a rectangular area using cones. 2 files of players are placed on each of the short-sides of the rectangle.
Set up a 2 middleplayers, between the 2 files. The first player in the 2 files have 1 ball each.
The first players passes to their leftmost middleplayer and run wide. The middle players returns a cushioned pass.
The players then passes their ball over to the opposite file, and runs to the back of that file.
Equipment: 4 cones, 2 balls
Progression: Restrictions to 1-2 touches on the ball, right/left foot only

Step 1: Drill setup

Step 2: First players passes to middleplayer, and runs wide

Step 3: Middle player returns the pass

Step 4: Players pass over to the opposite file, and runs to the back of that file.

Step 5: Drill continous with a set of new players
