Practice set-up:
Set out cones to create a circle. Inside the circle, set out cones to create a rectangular area.
Create 2 groups of players, each with 4-6 players. One of the groups is placed outside the centre circle. The first player in this group has a ball.
The other group is broken into 2 files facing eachother, placed inside of the circle. The first player in one of these lines has a ball.
When the coach starts the drill, the first player in the group outside the circle, dribbles with the ball all around the circle. The objective for these players, is to move as fast as possible around the circle.
At the same time, the first player in one of the lines inside the circle, passes the ball to the first player at the opposite line. When the player has passed the ball, he runs to the back of the line he has passed the ball to.
The players inside the circle count how many times they manage to pass the ball to eachother, until all of the players in the outer circle has finished dribbling around the circle.
The drill is finished when all of the outer players has moved around the circle. The 2 groups then switch places, so that the outer group is placed inside the circle, and the inner group is placed outside the circle.
The idea is for the different groups to beat eachothers record of passes.
Equipment: Cones, 2 balls

Step 1: Drill start

Step 2:
Players outside the circle, move around as fast as they can, leaving the ball to the next player.
Players inside the circle passes the ball to the player on the opposite file, and runs to the back of this file.
