Run with ball,change direction
 
Run with ball inside a square. Leave the ball to next player. After leaving the ball, change direction.
 



Practice set-up:
This drill is very similar to dril XX, the difference is how the player moves after handing over the ball.
Set up a square using cones. Create 2-8 files of players facing eachother. (based on the amount of players you have ). Each of the files facing eachother have 1 ball. The first player in a file run with the ball to the opposite file, and leaves the ball to the next player. The player who left the ball, runst to the back of the file diagonally opposite. The player who received the ball, continous the drill.

Equipment:
4 cones, 1-8 balls

Progression:
The coach can add a ball to the opposite files as well, so that the 2 opposite files each have a player running with the ball simultanously.

Step 1:
Drill start
Run with ball,change direction
Step 2:
First player from the 2 groups move with the ball, to the file on the opposite side.

 

Run with ball,change direction
Step 3:
When Player 1 from each group reaches Player 2, they leave the ball, and start to run to the file that is diagonally opposite
Run with ball,change direction
Step 4:
Player 2 overtakes ball. Player 1 runs to the back of the file
