Control the ball/dribble through cones, while maintaining highest speed possible
Practice set up: The players are divided into groups of players who compete against eachother. Each group is divided into 2 files, facing eachother.
Poles/Cones are placed with 1-2 meters apart.
Each player dribbles the ball from one side to the other, through the cones, and hands the ball over to the next person.
The coach decides weither they should only use left foot, only right foot, only inside of the foot, only outside of the foot. The coach also decides how many sets of dribbles that needs to be carried out.
The first group to finish the course wins.
Equipment:
Cones, 1 ball pr group
Progression:
By decreasing the distance between the poles, or by speeding up the tempo.
Start of drill
Players move with the ball, compeeding on which group finishing first.
